• Delay beyond 20 days will attract a 2% penalty.
• Continuous default may lead to termination and legal action.
• Payments must be made only through authorised payment modes.
• Company is not responsible for unauthorised collections.
• Non-compliance may result in cancellation of the chit.
• All disputes are subject to chit agreement jurisdiction.
